If alignment exists, you will receive:

  • Mutual NDA documentation
  • Buyer-specific eligibility confirmation materials
  • Execution sequencing information

If alignment does not exist, you will be notified accordingly.

Submission does not create reservation, exclusivity, or commercial commitment.
